How do I book a car?

How fast do you confirm?
Usually in minutes. We check the car, agree the rate, and confirm on WhatsApp or by call.
Do I pay in advance?
No. Asking costs nothing. We agree the rate first. The rate we agree is the rate you pay.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Plans change — we understand. Tell us early on WhatsApp or by call. We change the dates, swap the car, or cancel it.
Are you really open 24 hours?

What do I need for self-drive?
A valid driving licence, your CNIC (or passport for visitors), and a refundable deposit. Most bookings are confirmed the same day.
Is there a minimum age or experience?
We keep this flexible. Tell us about your driving when you ask. We confirm the right terms for the car you want.
Can I take a self-drive car outside Lahore?
Yes. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and trips across Punjab are common. Tell us your route. We will suggest the right car.
What is the fuel policy?
Simple. Return the car with the same fuel level. We note the level together at pickup, so there is nothing to argue later.
What if the car breaks down?
Call us — any hour. We check every car before a booking, so problems are rare. If one happens, we help on the spot or send another car.

Should I book by the hour or by the day?
Both work. Hourly suits errands and events in Lahore. Daily suits full days or out-of-city trips. Tell us your plan — we will guide you.
Can the driver stay overnight on a trip?
Yes. For long trips, the driver's stay and daily allowance are agreed before you leave. No surprise costs later.
Do you do airport pickups?
Yes, at any hour. Share your flight number. Your driver will be there when you land — even at night.
Can you arrange child seats or help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers always help with luggage. Ask for a child seat when you book, and the car comes ready.

Are your cars new models?
Yes — we run the latest 2025 and 2026 models, and the fleet is always being updated. We confirm the exact make, model, and year at booking.
Is smoking allowed in the cars?
Please, no. The next family deserves a fresh car too. Need a stop? Your driver will gladly find one.
Do all cars have air conditioning?
Yes. Every car has working AC. We test it before each booking. In a Lahore summer, that matters.

How early should I book a wedding car?
For wedding season (November to February), book a few weeks early. Then your car is safe for your date. Other months are easier.
Can we book for both the baraat and the walima?
Yes. Many families book the full wedding week. Book both dates together. The car comes clean and on time for each event.
Can you plan a full northern trip?
Yes. Tell us your dates, group size, and places — Murree to Hunza and Skardu. We suggest the right 4x4 and a driver who knows the mountains.
Do you have vans for big groups?
Yes. Grand Cabin vans and Coasters. Everyone travels together, with room for the luggage too.
